Any advantages from gambling?

True that! You will be entertained by the entertainment especially if you win something though it is just a small amount of money. IMO, it is really hard to predict which team will win for sports betting but it is not really hard to predict.
Addicted to gambling is one of the disadvantages but it is also not good for your health if you gamble on online website since you will sit in front of the computer for a very long time.

I think most gambling provide negative effect. But there may some lucky people that able to get advantage from gambling.
Still depend on what type of gamble do you play. For example : poker ( strategy base & luck ) different with dice ( pure luck & house edge )

There are always advantages in gambling. I don’t think the house always wins, although that is most often true. I mean that every day casinos site pay out large sums to people who beat the odds. So you just may find yourself with an unexpected delightful windfall.

Why people saying gambling as entertainment? there is no way it could entertain you because of losing money. It is not the same as going to restaurant for tasting some great food or watch some movie to experience something good. But with gambling? What are you get? You keep on losing no matter how hard you try to recover your loss. And this thing will even make you stress
