You need to know 2 things:

1. Don't gamble with money you can't afford to lose. Have set budget for your gambling needs and stick to it. If you lose all your gambling funds then stop.
2. There is not strategy for gambling - if it was then it won't be called gambling. Don't believe in miraculous systems.

and any strategy you can find its always in long run for the house soo if you wanna do a bit like max 0.1 btc for fun but never expect more than you bet and be sure you can lose all the 0.1

My advice to you is dont try it before this gambling make you addict , except if you can control your money , because in gambling the most important thing was Money/bankrolls management.. Thats pure my personal experience  as  a daily gambler+mother+wife

it is better to keep it than to gamble it because you will lose it overtime.
but if your going to gamble just for fun ill recommend you poker,dice games and black jack.

If it is advice then it would be don't gamble, don't start and then you will not have to worry about any strategy. 
You will probably be in a better position keeping your coins, but if you will gamble, start off small and put your profit away and don't get too carried away

Uhh, no one will give you an advice in regards to gambling if you want to make it as your source of income. Why not just try to invest that in the gambling house instead rather than use the funds to play? That is a more sane advice.

1. play the games with low house edges, if you don't understand what the house edge is, you can google for it.
2. play the games without house edges, like player vs player strategy games like texas holdem.

Don't be so scared about gambling, just don't let it control you. The desire to win or to make up for losses can be strong. When you feel it you need to take a break, cool off.

The best strategy I can offer is come up with some rules on how much you want to gamble and what your losing and winning limits are. Once you've set up those limits you know what you can afford to lose and when you've won enough to walk away for the day or session. The tough part is adhering to these limits because emotions get involved and can be VERY strong.

Try to keep emotion out of it...treat it as a business...and have fun.
