I won't be supprised if we see $400 for a short while during the current "looks like a pump and dump move", but i'd not count on it as a solid price before the halfing.
There is NO news offering fundimental support at the current price level, as opposed to the many announced "going to tighten regulations" announcements in the last couple weeks (though the REAL regulations probably won't happen for months, governments tend to move SLOWLY after all).

We are very close to reaching $400 we're only about $20 or so away. Reaching $400 is as realistic as it gets, maybe $500 next month but I really don't think we'll reach $1000 this year.

The next pump is already happening. From 320 to 366.
End of this week 400 seems to be very likely to me. Maybe even 420 if we are lucky.

I sure if bitcoin price today does not decline in the next week we will go back to $400. Even CoinDesk has reported that trading has hit an all-time high this week. We may see more movements, and probably, this is speculatory in nature, a result of the leverage trading offered by exchanges. I can't see the Black Friday weekend solely causing this. |

However a decline back to 320 after hitting 400 dollar seems to be very realistic. |

They mostly buy their coins and then announce their pump. People who believe that will buy and cause the price to go up. The "pumpers" don't do much beside counting profits and dumping down the price. |
