Ok guys

Forgive my petulance and oft-times, I fear, ill-founded criticisms, and forgive me that I have, by this time, made your eyes and head ache with my long letter. But I cannot forgo hastily the pleasure and pride of thus conversing with you.

Ok guys, im pretty sure many members here have told you to withdraw from there ASAP
But it seems like some people didn't and put their faith on cryptsy or some of you didn't read the news often Sad
If i were you i would be ready for the worst Wink

A possible solution : turn your btc to doge or any altcoin available then transfer it to another exchange and turn it back to btc Wink

Unobtanium is trading at 55% over its Bittrex price.

If you use this method, your probably lose around 2-5% of your worth but at least you get it without any hassle. The downside would be you would lose all which is much worse.
I withdraw my coins after the hype, now i got some altcoins which i withdraw somewhere next weke.

It is just ridiclous. Cryptsy having technical issues with btc/ltc/doge and us users having to wait for our OWN money.
This issues are taking weeks already, did their developers bailed out already?

More and more people are complaining now about cryptsy. I think it is the time to leave cryptsy. Clearly they don't believe fixing their wallets ia a priority.
Nor do they think helping customers is a mandatory thing to do..

Its better to lose some of your coins to alt trading rather than lost all of them completely Sad

They can't leave crapsy because their coins were stuck there Sad

I just recently started having issues with cryptsy. Up untill now I've been a big fan of their service (except the notoriously high withdrawl fees).
However, I'm starting to get quite upset with the slow/stopped withdrawls and lack of comment from vern. My personal request date is 2015-12-11 11:15:21, however i know some have been waiting 7-9 days. Hopefully we dont have another GOX issue here..... BTC may have a tough time recovering if thats the case.

Morning, I8nit3. We were talking yesterday about how Cryptsy's collapse might will affect cryptos -- should be okay. Adoption is now mainly being driven (IMHO) by global economic woes, which should over-ride the 'in-house shock' of an exchange going down.

These days everybody is accusing Cryptsy for being a scammy exchange. I for myself have had a lot of issues since I start to use them, but they always solved them. But it looks like there a lot of people compplaining 'bout them:

Changed my Cryptsy password; got a 'New password okay' message; can't log in with either new or old passwords. Go, Cryptsy!

Seems not. Still got around eighty wallets locked off.

You guys might find this resource interesting. (I know the coiner who did the work. He's very thorough.)

The Cryptsy has died officially. It lost 13,000 coins in 2014 and did not tell the truth to the users. There should be certain justice done to the operator of Cryptsy.

you shouldn't bump an old topic like this
But, yes i heard there's an action class lawsuit already filled against cryptsy, so we can hope there's justice into this Wink

Hopefully there's a nicely sharpened piercing object called the courts that has eyes for the "limited partnership" veil...

I just returned after a few days and not much has changed.

I think it's hard to believe they encountered such big problems all at a time.

To me cryptsy got into some shady business with Josh Garza and now it backfired on them.

But only US customers can file the class lawsuit, not other international customers. So International customers will lose out.
