Did you manually change the path?

Did you try to reinstall using the standard path?

I have this same issue on Mavericks.
Solution (well, sorta) for me was to run parallels and launch it in a Windows 7 VM.
Ideally I want it to work on Mavericks, but this is OK for now. Don't want to upgrade just for a wallet (plus I'll have to get a new copy of Parallels, since this one isn't supported after Mavericks)

Perhaps it would be good for GAME team to put system requirements on the wallets page? So we know whether Mavericks is officially supported or not
