RAM: 4 GB DDR2

If you are really desperate to mine for bitcoins either by pool or solo mining even if you would be wasting electricity (seriously), check section 3, 4 and 5 of the OP in this thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=9430.0.

That card will be an power-efficient miner, but still so slow you won't make back enough in two months to pay you minimum wage for two hours of getting it working.
