Why would you buy phone verified accounts? You can simply make accounts and not link them to any number, then ask someone to link that number to their phone.

You're both brand new and therefore I suggest you use an escrow to trade safely.

And OP a word of caution, any phone verified twitter account can be claimed back by the owner who controls that number, I have seen it happen before right here on this forum and even escrow can't cover for that, so be careful.
