http://edition.cnn.com/2014/11/13/world/meast/isis-currency/index.html?hpt=hp_c2

--- ISIS is planning to mint its own currency in gold, silver and copper, the group said Thursday.

Its aim is to stay away from the "tyrant's financial system," ISIS said in a statement. It said it would issue another statement to explain the new currency's exchange rate, and where it can be found.

The currency will include seven coins: two gold, three silver and two copper.

The move is "purely dedicated to God" and will remove Muslims from the "global economic system that is based on satanic usury," ISIS said.

It seems none of the government/organization that powerful enough is interested in bitcoin, they all want to make their own currency  Grin

The thing is, would somebody buy their coins?
Because many people don't trust them(because they are evil), then who want to store their coins?

Everyone will try to get it... Since finally it is gold or silver /of course not to use it as currency but to convert it to something else (jewellery... )

I dont think they ever used Bitcoin in first place. Someone could think ISIS used Bitcoin for their currency and now make some shitcoin when read subject of this thread. It is not close to that, they used dollars and now they mint their currency but not crypto.

So it is old news after all  Roll Eyes . Then they preferred Bitcoin for the attacks in Paris?

Well I expect none is running to buy their altcoin. Surely it would not be very tradeable.

Same reasons why governments everywhere have fiat.
Because they can mint an unlimited number; bitcoins have to be earned.

The thing is, would somebody buy their coins?
Because many people don't trust them(because they are evil), then who want to store their coins?

greedy altcoin traders are more evil than them.

if they made one it would be more popular than an other Altcoin to date.

why is this a problem when it's not a problem at all. they will simply force you as a merchant to accept their cryptocoins. they don't take no for an answer.

The media is desperately trying to put Bitcoin in a bad daylight. It's normal to create a new currency when you are not happy with how fiat works or even how Bitcoin works. We are in Bitcoin because we don't like the fiat financial industry. That's why Bitcoin is perfect for us.
