I am recruiting people for craig list posting, i will be paying 0.002 btc per post and every applicant must complete 3 ads daily for 2 days as a trial and we shall recruit everybody that we are able to see their ads live on the craiglist website after the 2 days trial.
My ads have nothing to do with adult, gambling and violent stuffs, i need the ads to be posted on the financial,small biz, and computer sections only.

Will you be paying the members for 6 posts that they make in those 2 days trial period? Or will those be free?

I think you should arrange an escrow as you're not very trusted on the forum, that way the workers don't have to worry about not getting paid for their efforts and they will work without worries.

You dont need your website, i will provide you with what to post for me, you only need to give it title and brief descriptions. You will only post on craiglist not on this forum and 3 maximum posts per day.
