Try to find out most popular keyword in google adwords tool and then decide which niche you're going to address on your blog, but honestly making a blog can't be said having such a passive income because you are actually required to update it every day and if you don't you'll accept the fact that the visitor will gone and your website rank will be falling

There's no problem about the advertisement as I live in a crowded place and most of the people here are just renting for some spaces.

Many are just renting for some bed spaces and some are renting for store spaces. I did use facebook to look for some potential tenants.

That is a pretty big profit for a man who is handling 5 blogs. I don't think your site with 1m ranking can go near what Balik is earning even if you have 5 sites like him which will be around 25-50$. Running a coin pc shop is a nice small business to have specially this generation more young people is our market out of it, as long the intenet service connection is stable for the users operation is progressive and profit is generated actually and this is a great passive income through hardware and software investments. wow you have a great passive income. adsense is really great for you as you are getting a good income for only 3 posts per week on your blogs. I also have some blogs but I do not have adsense account I have some other ad networks on it the income is better but currently I am in the position to work hard for it to make them more profitable.

For some this is placing ads on their personal website or otherwise capitalizing on their hobbies (e.g capitalizing on your forum hobbies with signature campaigns), and for others this means developing a product or service-solution which manages and sells itself.

Passive-income sources should be thought of as an investment. Like any kind of asset, it can be analyzed to determine whether your time-input is sufficient for your income-output. For example, if it takes you X hours a week to post on forums and you make $X.XX... maybe it would be more cost-efficient for you to learn a trade-skill, or take on some over-time, or make YouTube videos to promote your personal website or hobby. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

For now I don't have any as I still need more time and references to saving and choose the right investment. wow you have a great passive income. adsense is really great for you as you are getting a good income for only 3 posts per week on your blogs. I also have some blogs but I do not have adsense account I have some other ad networks on it the income is better but currently I am in the position to work hard for it to make them more profitable.

It's not easy to achieve it, need a lot of traffic to earn such amounts of money monthly. Few people only get a lot of traffic because they write and offers a subject people are looking for at this moment. Need a lot of effort and a good source of news to write your content firstly than all other sites, and if possible get exclusivity.

its good for you and google adsense is a good program to make money. but i think its not yet passive income source for you because you said you fill your blogs twice a week with 3 posts and its not the point of passive income. passive income is a way that we can receive stable income every day or every week or every month without we are nothing to do. as long as you still make any work or jobs with your source income, then its not a passive income. i am sorry if i am mistake.
