For getting traffic without promotion then website needs something unique and non-obvious type of service. It could be information specific to your field which you have better knowledge than other.  Novelty websites do not help much.

Driving traffic to a website actually is hard to do and its a lot harder to maintain the number of traffic monthly. Getting the traffic for free is the hardest than buying from the adnetworks. The SEO and creating articles for the site, isn't as easy as you think. I was reading it last night for I tried learning it again and google is really making it hard for webmasters to earn bucks a month considering hte factors these days where one of it is that today's generation prefer to watch youtube than reading contents.

Words "passive income" and "maintain" don't really match well, passive income is basically an earning which you get without doing anything or just doing nothing. Hello guyz last 8months ago I started being youtuber but its not successful because I don't have plan to do it. My subscriber is less than 10 only and my views is only 100 . So I can decided to stop it. But many people earning big because of YouTube . for me are passive income are joining in signature campaign by posting and maanger get paid to participants . I like also trading because its gives me a good profit buy a coin with low price and sell high price.  Sometimes I work on service section and hunt a job that I can do . From what I can observe on your grammar, your not a native English speaker. Most people that are big on Youtube are native English speakers or at least can speak English fluent enough to sound like one. Youtube is not for everybody, because if it is, regular people would just do that and stop going on their day job. Signature campaigns are a good way to make some money but it's nothing compared to how much would you make from Youtube monetization once you've gained good amount of followers.

My advice for you is to look for a really good niche and be excellent at what you're doing. Most youtubers are actually smart and they know how to do clickbait, or make their videos sound interesting. Don't be discouraged just because you only have 100 views. It's okay, everyone started at really low audience. Just keep improving Youtube skills. In due time, you'll get to that level where you have all the necessary skills to maintain and attract more subscribers.
