Who are those most notorious persons in bitcoin world that can influence such variations in price?

If we follow only news we can make good profit i guess.

Good news has barely any impact on the Bitcoin price nowadays, while bad news, no matter how minor it is, will be picked up and thrown into the community like it is horrible news. All done to make the less experienced Bitcoiners panic and sell as result.

The price rise is not over. It is now stable so that is very good. Why are people so negative about Bitcoin if the value is a little bit low.
Everyone hopes of course that the value will rise and that will be so good, but we dont know when it will happen or when it will stop.

Well I don't mind that negative people. They even don't hold lot of coins that can make the market price moves a bit.

Those believers are holding lots of coins and doing some big trades that can really shake the bitcoin price.

Because people have very high (unrealistic) hopes. When you expect too much from the price you will get disappointed if the price goes down or doesn't move at all. They blame Bitcoin for plenty of stuff they did wrong. These people are clowns.

Yes this is good price 400$ is a lot of money but we will see good pump this is sure.
Because people love to buy high they will be rekt at some point.
So better buy under 400 if you have chance. I'm sceptical with unrealistic price predictions..especially over 1k.

you are right. do not be too quick to conclusions, bitcoin prices is by nature always stop and declining, but it is not forever, within a few days of price growth will definitely be back

The block halving is coming, yes, but who says that it will lead us to a durable price increase? I do expect a small rally/pump to happen, but we know that pumps will fade away. It's a short term effect. I prefer to see the price go up slowly in the runup to the block halving.

most of the people here are quite bullish for the long term. if you just look at november 2015 where the price peaked at $500 due to the mmm ponzi scheme, i must say the price kept its position above $400 nicely after some serious dumps. yes, it went sub $400 a few times, but it always managed to go above $400 again. i don't mind to see the price stay just over $400 for another month or two. it's nice to see that the price somewhat stays in the same range.
