Almost certainly ordered with stolen credit/debit cards because criminals can afford to sell at "a loss" since it's not their own money.

If anyone I gave a gift card to sold it for less than I paid for it, all their future gifts would be from shitexpress or boxofshit or poopsenders etc.

what do you mean about the credit rating part?  If a package gets delivered, newegg (or whatever retailer) will try to come after the buyer if there was an issue with the giftcard?

Your E-mail, phone no.. all get's tracked and it will effect you when you buy a house/etc or seek a loan.
They will ,but it wont be such an issue for over 200$ . I mean all the countries don't have same laws and some don't care to investigate.

Because it's carded, they don't care with the loss they make, it's not their money in the first place that is why its soo much cheaper, but the problem is that you might burn your money too, I tried this shenanigans before, orders get cancelled.
