and do i need peercoin wallet as well ? for peershares folder ?

Yes you need a peercoin wallet

here are the instructions to import your peercoin dividends from the 2ndEUR client

Make sure that for both 2ndEUR and your Peercoin wallet client that you have a configuration file available, and that each has at a minimum the following information.

server=1
rpcuser={something}
rpcpassword={something}

Once the same configuration files are in place, launch both clients.

 After the networks have done their respective synchronizations, open up the debug window in your Peercoin wallet from the file menu: Help > debug window. Next, select the "Console" tab and in the input at the bottom, enter the command to unlock your wallet (not just for minting, but for all operations):
walletpassphrase <passphrase> <timeout>
for example: walletpassphrase sparkles 300 = unlocks the wallet for 5 minutes
if your password contains special characters or spaces, make sure to wrap it in quote
After you have unlocked the Peercoin wallet, go back to your 2ndEUR wallet
From the file menu: 2ndEUR > Export Peercoin keys

If everything works as expected, you will see a dialog appear with a count of the number of addresses that have been exported. You can confirm this action by viewing your Peercoin wallet and looking on the "Receive Coins" tab. There should be a number of new addresses with the label "2ndEUR" that match the number that was exported in the previous step. If you do not see this, please make sure that your wallet was unlocked (and not just unlocked for minting).

How do you guarantee that the value is 1 euro? Do you hold a reserve? Do you have buy/sell walls? You are the counterparty of the users and there is no mitigation against counterparty risk. If you don't  or cannot pay 1 euro for one token sold there is nothing the users can do. When the price crashes down even 1 billion of your tokens cannot buy 1 ppc for dividends because no one will buy your tokens.

If the price is stable around 0.01€ we will distribute dividends in peercoin.
