why dont you try to deposit through neteller site its a cash wallet which accepts bitcoin as cash payment after that you can deposit the converted bitcoin to fiat currency and join any fiat currency site like betfair or bet365.

ya both teams performed very well but delhi have mostly never won against goa and goa maintained that record of isl winning against delhi. first semifinal will be more interesting and most of them will be thinking that delhi will take revenge.

Until now still I don't see any betting options on this semi-final match in directbet site. So I don't know whether they are allowed take bets on this match or not. Whether few or more still betting sites should allow to bet on all sports but if they choose matches which they want than it is not good site to trust.
