I currently use another service but has been slow and choppy. Anyone comment on how this one runs?

Does this new IP address make me look fat?
This was my first run in with bit-pay. Excellent service.

US jurisdiction, blergh.
The sale is now off so this point is moot but I have to ask why does this matter to you? Can US jurisdiction magically make them turn over logs they don't have? Hide my ass isn't US based but did that help anyone? also: 2. Under what jurisdictions does your company operate and under what exact circumstances will you share the information you hold with a 3rd party?
Our parent company is based in Panema, with secure servers in Netherlands, Romania, Ukraine Russia, Canada, UK, and USA.. We do not share any of our user’s information with third parties, period. Only in the event of an official court order would we be forced to communicate with a third party. This scenario has never occurred, but if it were to, we would be forced to explain in more technical terms how we don’t maintain usage logs.
TorGuard VPN does not communicate any of it’s users personal info with any third parties. You will never receive any third party marketing communication as TorGuard anonymous vpn keeps your identity private. Do your research to make sure that your anonymous VPN service provider will actually stand up to their claim of anonymity.

The US, though it has many other problems, is actually one of the few 1st world countries that do not require logging by law (assuming my understanding is correct).

TorGuard has been a great VPN for me thus far. Lots of servers in lots of places, and zero downtime experienced thus far. I also really like their openVPN client software... especially the portable versions.

Anybody know if this company is EU Data Retention Directive compliant? Do they mention anywhere what information they store on their users and for how long?
They do not log at all it is in their FAQ. As for the information they store, I talked to them they store your billing and account information obviously but nothing else. So if someone really wanted to they could tie you to having an account with them and presumably the services you are subscribed to also, but that wouldn't mean anything since there are no logs.

http://torguard.net/aff.php?aff=069This guy is promoting his affiliate links. Is that allowed here? He should have mentioned that his links were affiliate links and provide optional clean links.

http://torguard.net/aff.php?aff=069This guy is promoting his affiliate links. Is that allowed here? He should have mentioned that his links were affiliate links and provide optional clean links. Why? Does my affiliate link somehow change the fact that there's 20 or 30 percent off? Does it somehow change the fact that they accept bitcoin? Why wouldn't it be allowed here, when even things of questionable legality are?
