I select the safest possible way, 1/3 of my hash assigned to each pool. If they actually mine, one cannot guess the pool luck. So the best setting is to differentiate.

Once more. The number of blocks each pool find depends on several things but most importantly, LUCK. How re you going to guess which pool is the luckiest one. Anyway, if do find the most optimal solution, pls do post here.

I've only got Scrypt with them and have mine split 60% LTC1BTC and 40% Litecoinpool.

What are SHA256 payouts like for say 500 Gh/s?  Want to determine if it is worth it, or just stick with Scrypt.
Looks like it should be about 0.00345775 BTC/day minus the fee which would be .00128 or about so it looks like SHA256 may be better right now with the discount. Hmm...

Have you tested this strategy or is this just your best guess? Has anyone found any discrepancies when using different pools?

I added some hash before one of the changes so I haven't really analyzed it yet, but can the next few days.  I actually chose those settings because I read those two pools as recommended pools from hashflare support.

Honestly the only thought i have is the the less likely chance that Scrypt difficulty will climb as fast as SHA256.  If you look over time, Bitcoin difficulty almost continuously climbs where Litecoin tends to rise slower.

I do wish scrypt payouts were in Litecoin though which I did not know beforehand.

Actually you see today's 1 MH earning if you put your mouse pointer on 06.12 blue pillar. It's showing how much one MH earns you. It's shows last day stat how ever much MH you have or waiting in orders. That is giving you actual reading how to devide your hash between pools.

Yeah, but it needs to be measure over a longer period of time than one day to get an idea of what payouts are better.  If you only look at one day it may be a really lucky day for one pool, and unlucky one for another.  I will monitor it, and see if anything stands out.

Over a longer period of time, u ll average more less the same. So just leave it 1/3 each and focus on something a bit more productive.

This is new to me, I joined under the ref link above, but too bad I have invested 0.25 BTC in EOBOT (which I am liking a lot, super fast automatic payments ) so no more money to invest here, although this sound cool. Roll Eyes
