Yes I am trading with a newbie, and Skrill is safe I'm entirely certain, I've heard they cancel any chargebacks.
I'm getting funds sent to a secondary account anyway.

trading with a newbie using reversible payment method is very risky,consider doing trades with trusted guys when you want payment method that can be reversed
