I'm not sure I understand what you're looking for. There are already charts comparing fees which are usually %based which the seller pays.

The biggest barrier to DNMs long term economic viability are exit scams and security flaws, not fee structures.

I registered for a few but it still didn't help with finding the fees... :/
The biggest pain was Nucleus IIRC which required you to prove ownership of a pgp key before you could log in and I still couldn't even find the fees listed anywhere officially when I got in.

If only there were all as easy as AlphaBay which didn't even require logging in.

Do you accept the guest estimates ? I can come up with some rates comparison basis on my ideas and research which may not be approximation of the actual rates but you'll still get an idea .However you don't know the actual fees do you ? So how do you make sure the charts we submit are  legit or not ?
