I don't think a bitcoin bank will be such good as a normal bank.
it will be just a online hardware wallet not secured and they keep your bitcoins.

it would be such a bad idea if we all use the bitcoin bank.
it's not secured enough to keep our coins away from the thief's. just trust on the real gold guys.

The whole point of having BTC is that it is your own bank and you'd have full control of it. It is decentralized in nature, and having a bank (which I assume is an institution) totally defeats the purpose of the BTC's existence. Having a lot of wallets, scattering your BTC would be the more viable option.

Why would I scattering my BTC? Creating more wallets and more passwords to remember?

Without bank even we can make everything possible, but these banks would make lending more easier. The reason is that in need we can just submit the collateral and get the amount rather than finding the trusted person.

That is the reason that we still need banks even when we have the bitcoin. We need to borrow from banks.

Bitcoin banks that provide interest don't really work. They would have to lend out that money to some other guy to pay you. And that is not that possible under no fractional reserve standard.

So most of them are ponzis. Beware.

As i know there isnt yet a bank making this service and i believe we dont need them at all,exchanges has taken those step already poloniex and kraken allow you to get loans and allow you to invest into the exchange for a fair result protecting lenders bitcoins.

What your saying doen't make sense. The objective of Bitcoin is to destroy banks; not generate them. BTC is a decentralised system that means transactions don't have to go through a third party like a bank. Bitcoin is trying to abolish banks.

Yeah mate, bitcoin bank is very possible, moreover in advance the bitcoin will more popular amd more user who interest with bitcoin. So bitcoin bank will be the innovation of features bitcoin.

Yeah mate, bitcoin bank is very possible, moreover in advance the bitcoin will more popular amd more user who interest with bitcoin. So bitcoin bank will be the innovation of features bitcoin.

Bitcoin Banks is possible, but the days are not near. I believe only after years Bitcoin Bank might be started, this bitcoin will surely help more common people who were not much active with the technology.

I think that it does not exist yet but it is possible for Bitcoin to open a bank sometime in the future. It is also a possibility that a other bank is going to take over Bitcoin.
It does not really matter to me what happens as long as I can do what I always do with Bitcoin.

It would be nice if that is going to exist and that is because there are now more also people that is going to have Bitcoin so it is also becoming more popular and more used.
And if there will be a Bitcoin bank than more people will get know about it so that is nice.

yeah they will have control over bitcoinmu. certainly there is a lot of risk in it. I also do not think this is a good idea. if you want to grow bitcoin from the bank you just need to invest dude

in present time it seem not possible. but i think in future there for establishing banks for bitcoins will be needed, so we should think positive, we should  not worry about it .

I see that bitcoin develops. More and more people get involved in it. So I suppose some day will appear bitcoin banks. Where people will be able even to take loans in bitcoins and other things. Maybe one day bitcoin will change other currincies that exist now and paper money and coins will disappear at all.

A bitcoin bank could be totally different. Send bitcoins from your wallet to an address of the bank.
Sign messages with your private key and operate your account!

It seems people won't get rid of "banking" in the future even when they use bitcoin which is against banking. So sad.

If you are confident with yourself, you can always become a bank in the world of bitcoin.
