I thought the whole point of Bitcoin is that  isnt a bank....

However there are more than enough investment scams going around if that's what you're after!

I've read that article, it's about that Barclays is working on it's own solution, based on the bitcoin system (blockchain), so it's really possible that they don't want to implement bitcoin support in their system but to develop a solution similar to bitcoin with all of it's (bitcoin's) benefits but with the regulations of their own. Several banks are trying to use blockchain, and they're trying to stay away from bitcoin itself.

IS there any Bitcoin Bank that really works like bank that provide interest for customer that available in this world?

Until now I have not been informed that there is a banking that directly related to bitcoin, because at this time the bank still has not made regulations about bitcoin, because to receive in banking transactions is not as easy as of course. Hopefully one day banking can accept Bitcoin, but when?
Bitcoin wallet account is your officially bank.It is increasing like bank money without any work. But one problem we are facing is that transactions as you said.If it is also solved then trust me people we will leave local banks and start investing instead of bank in bitcoins.

But bitcoin wallets, web and desktop wallets are already considered as a bank. And banks are not going to consider bitcoin as a depositing power because its market is volatile and its price is changing from time to time. They are operating for the money and they dont want to lose with that move.

A real bank offering interest does not exist in the bitcoin now, there are few user-based bank-like projects, collecting bitcoins and lending them + ALLOT of HYIP's claiming to so the same thing and just cycling the money between users.

I don't agreed with the bitcoin bank,..Because our wallet address where we store our bitcoin is already our own bank.
besides it is decentralized unlike bank is not.  I don't see any advantage of the bitcoin bank, it is no difference in typical bank actually.

Yeah. Until now, such concept hasn't become a reality for Bitcoin or any other digital currency. However, when it does it will truly become revolutionary as it will allow anyone to safely deposit and withdraw Bitcoin and other altcoins, as well as bring the advantages of interest rates on savings accounts, and more.

Recently, there has been an ICO launched for Polybius bank which aims to become sort of like a bank for blockchain currencies. If it serves its purpose well as a bank for cryptocurrencies, then we should look no further as this will bring us all the goodness from traditional banking.

But until it launches officially, we could enjoy other ways to make our Bitcoin grow with savings rates. Bsave, Magnr, and other services offer you interest rates annually by allowing you to save your Bitcoin within them. Lending is also another option, but it is too risky. Just sharing my thoughts. Bank again? Just like the regular currencies need a bank? If we need bank than why we create Bitcoin?
This is a great idea when bitcoin has a separate bank. People will easily use bitcoin more. But I wonder that who will manage and spend for the bank this?

Most of the banks in the EU don't give you interest anymore (using 0% interest rate) if you have your fiat savings there, because of the negative interest rates of the EUR. Banks in Switzerland are charging you for a little like 0,1% or more if you have your savings in a Swiss bank. They say they're holding and securing your money and it has costs, and they can't lend your money with interest high enough to cover all the fees. So expecting interest from a bitcoin bank is not realistic, when you can't expect it from a normal bank...

You underestimated the definition of decentralization. wtf do you mean by bank? Bitcoin wasn't created to make it a bank?

The Bank considers that Bitcoin can be used, traded, or stored as an asset or a form of digital commodities by the public, but may not be used as a means of payment because the only legal means of payment is the Rupiah (Dollar, Yen, Bitcoin not allowed) . The use and possession of Bitcoin are the personal responsibility of each user. People are encouraged to be careful of Bitcoin and other virtual currency. Any risk associated with the ownership / use of Bitcoin is borne solely by Bitcoin owners / users and other virtual currency. So I do not think banks will accept bitcoin as a valid payment instrument. And bitcoin does not need that.

"Bitcoin bank" - this is a bad idea. If we want to keep money and transfer money through banks, we do not use Bitcoin. Bitcoin has changed the nature of Bitcoin, and we do not want that to happen. Why we want to have Bitcoin Bank now that normal banks are afraid of usability and progress of Bitcoin.

nowaday, btc ATM is found in many places, but the idea of banking btc really is not liked by everyone. Anyone can predict that when a btc bank is established, it will change the inherent characteristics of btc (...) If not change, when btc is concentrated ,there will be  the gaps in the management and banking system will certainly be troublesome.

I think it is difficult to achieve, because bitcoin volatility is too large, the interest rates borrowed out of change is sometimes less than the value of bitcoin conversion, so there is enough of the exchange, it is impossible to appear banks Cool

Well, bitcoin bank is a nice idea but I think if there is a bank who totally accepts bitcoin as a deposit of their costumer I guess they can’t handle it well because bitcoin doesn’t have exact value. Lastly, I hope in the near future there will be a bank who totally accepts bitcoin as a deposit of their costumer and I believe that they will also consider it as real money.
