Today I sent 0.05 BTC to Unipay in order to get something around $430 to my PayPal. I sent exactly 0.05 BTC to the address they asked me to send the BTC to: 3PHLzLh752uDGDTCRigvKjia9ayj6EHeVb If you look up the addres on a BTC explorer you will see that this address has received my 0.05 BTC that I sent around 12 hours ago. No money in my PayPal. On the website it says that it could take 1-2 hours for the money to show up in my PayPal. Now it's taken 10 times that time. And I calculated what fees you take for exchanging BTC to dollars in a PayPal account. Your fees are 8-9% which is a lot. https://i.gyazo.com/0dfa52d6ed52b6c57483386bbbe8b214.pngI now see that it may take up to 1 business day to complete my order. And today is saturday. If I receive the BTC within the next business day, I will rest my case and say it was my own fault and jumped into conclusions too quickly. As for now I will just wait and see. Anyway the fees are high. |

I have used unichange.me atleast 7 times and never faced any issues. I am in no way connected or related to the website or the business owner.
The reason why I am posting this review is because business owners who run a business in a nice way deserve a good feedback.
Absolutely, if I receive my money within monday-tuesday I will most likely write a positive review. Transforming BTC to USD in your PayPal account is a great service. Although 8 % fees are high, but maybe it's a must. I don't know where their PayPal money comes from. Probably from some shady PayPal accounts. I just hope it's not stolen PayPal money... And I sincerely hope they send the money as family or friends so I don't get chargebacked a few months later. |
