As you can see now you see that there will be more people now that is going to use Bitcoin for gambling and that is because they use Bitcoin as their payment method.
And that is quite nice because how more Bitcoin will be used how better for the future and currency itself.

Gambling and bitcoin both are two different things, bitcoin is a currency and is used for anything the same as other currencies, and gambling is just betting your money wealth no matter in what form is it.
yeah, you are true bitcoin is a currency and is used in gambling like other currency, and we can bet with any currency at gambling, but the problem with other currencies is that, we will not be remain anonymous and we will come into notice that we are also on gambling and so going at there for some famous persons becomes hard, while with bitcoin everyone can go to gambling even the president of a country. Correction bitcoin is not a currency. is just a crypto currency or ecurrency you should exchange the ecurrency first before you can gamble it for compatible sites if you use bitcoin you should gamble it in bitcoin gambling sites not on usd gambling.. And i think its more fun and bitcoin because more gambling sites are related in bitcoin unlike in usd.. you need to buy credits instead of usd before you gamble.. Most of the online gambling sites especially sportsbook only accept bitcoin, they do it because among all the crypto currencies bitcoin is the most popular and stable. Of course by doing it they already identified the risk that is why they limit also the bet of an individual bettors. |

currently yes people more likes bitcoin gambling than traditional gambling because bitcoin easy to use and no need big pocket to carry huge bitcoin because you can use cold wallet or online wallet in your devices also the most important is you can do a gambling on everywhere even it in your room with bitcoin as long there are internet connections at there |

Bitcoin is getting more popular and more used and also more acceptable and that is the best thing that can happen to the currency on this moment.
The only thing that must change is the value so people have more worth for their payment method and also can gamble more.

that is not entirely true. although i agree that bitcoin gambling is very big right now and also it is a growing market, it is only a small part of bitcoin. bitcoin is mostly used as an investment and for trading, which is the biggest part of it then there is a lot of use cases for bitcoin as a currency that one of them is gambling, which is not the biggest yet. |

bitcoin has so much more uses than use it for gambling. it can be one of the best currency transactions, fast confirmation etc. However, many people still prefer fiat for gambling. It is just that this community have a lot of btc gambling. |

bitcoin has so much more uses than use it for gambling. it can be one of the best currency transactions, fast confirmation etc. However, many people still prefer fiat for gambling. It is just that this community have a lot of btc gambling. I think 10 years from now, bitcoin will be exploding and the adoption of the people will be massive. People will be educated in future that they will understand the transparency the bitcoin brings. LOL The highlighted text is 100% not true. Bitcoin is a crypto-currency while gambling is what you do when you take risks in hopes of getting profit in return. Bitcoin is not just about gambling. And gambling is not just about bitcoin. So how is gambling and bitcoin can be considered as one? I wish that you reply on our posts because we all seem interested with your statement. I agree on this one. Almost all bitcoin users are doing gambling but when it comes to how much they have, I think the gamblers have just have the small percentage of the total bitcoins in the world. There are tons of whales doing tradings, investing, buy and sell, ad campaign, etc and especially there are tons of whales holding their bitcoin and just waiting for its price to shoot up. Maybe you played in a popular bitcoin casino before and think that there's a lot of people playing there already. I just want you to know that there's 800,000+ members in this forum and I'm pretty sure a lot of them do gamble but most of the gamblers out there doesn't have that much, that's why they're gambling. besides the rapid transaction of bitcoin make gambling sites accept bitcoin, because of convenience owned bitcoin transactions
Yep this is one of the advantage/disadvantage of bitcoin. In bitcoin, you can send people from anywhere in the world any amount you have. That's why a lot of gambling sites are accepting bitcoins and only bitcoins.  That's the advantage of bitcoin. As for the disadvantage of it, some people might think the transaction is fast but it really isn't. If you're gambling and you want to add some on your bankroll for some reason, you want your money to go to your account in an instant. But in bitcoin, it takes 25 minutes or more before you receive confirmations. A lot of people in gambling sites are ranting about this problem. |

I've made quite some posts and read even more threads. Which made me think about the combination of Bitcoin and Gambling.
Is it ok to gamble with bitcoin? Last year we've seen a lot of scams and 'hacks'. Fact is that most of them are either made up by the devs or done by scammers whom use bitcoin's anonimity.

Yes. we all have options anyway. but i choose to have a go. gamble using bitcoin after all, its easy earning bitcoin when you are in this forum. but you may however lose all those that you've earned. And this is your choice, its all up to you. those houses that suddenly disappear along with the bitcoin of users is just one of the things to avoid though. consider researching first before you deposit your btc to the gambling sites. |

That's the saddest truth if that will happen, getting our bitcoins in this may it be from signature campaign or any other task we completed is a hard earned money and it we gamble it all, it is just like we are working hard to donate it to the gambling site. Gambling is good by nature if we can manage it properly, remember that if we are happy doing gambling then that would have a positive effect in our life, experience is the best happiness compared to material things so to enjoy it we have to bet only what we can afford to lose. |

When people can earn some money and they see some opportunity to make money , they usually no doubt for gamble out their money.
Just same as when you're earning bitcoin. But spending bitcoin can clumsy since they are easier to use and untraceable !

that is the bad thing about btc casino, there is way too many scammer trying to get quick cash from people. They can just attract enough people to come in to play and when there is a risk of losing the bank pool, they just close the website and took off with all the btc deposited. |

I agree, its very easy to use bitcoin in gambling, as of now gambling is the reason why blockchain transactions are congested. About the cons, yes you just have to be smart when you know what happens when you deposit to them. |

bitcoin has the potential to revolutionize gambling, and it has already begun to do this. bitcoin is just too good a technology that can be used in a lot of different fields whether it is online or offline.

But as of now bitcoins are using mostly in gambling industry and that's why bitcoin demand is still high. I don't see apart from gambling any other places people are using it for any big transactions. Some sites accept bitcoins to buy online but those are very small compared to gambling transactions. |

Everyone's answering a question that has never been asked in the first place (by OP, anyway - it popped up later in the replies) about whether they should do it or not.
Here's the thing. Gambling is such a large part of bitcoin that it even has this section and subsections for itself. This is one of the most popular boards (though it's populated by spam) and gambling is a huge industry in bitcoin. The ease of bitcoin allows potential casino owners to reach out to wider horizons and it'll help newer smaller businesses start up. On the topic of scams and whatnot... for the large gambling sites that have been scams, I get it. It's a big deal. But taking a small minority of the entirety of gambling sites related to bitcoins is literally just using half-truths.
There's a lot more buzz about bitcoin partially thanks to the gambling aspect. We should at least respect that. Untaxed gambling is after all an appeal.
