This user sold me a $50 itunes card which I purchases from his payivy link.  He delvered a non working code.
He then sent me this despite having a thread for this product and 14 listed on his link

https://payivy.com/v/ffee0

You've received a message from vipbids:

Hello sir,
We're very sorry for this problem it seems that the code is invalid and it was our last 50$ Itunes code,  options :
1- take a 100$ Itunes code for 50$ (23$ included)
3- refund (amount 23$)
Please accepte out apologize, & Thank you

He asked me to pay an additional $27 and wont pay a refund.  See link below for new post.

https://payivy.com/v/0b05c

My response
I have gone first once already.   Please send the code first then I will send the remaining BTC.  I have a steller reputation on BTC talk, am a power seller on ebay, and I am not going to risk sending first again.

His response:

Unfortunately sir you must pay to recieve the code, i cannot refund your btc because it seems that payivy is holding our funds. Please feel safe to buy or wait some days untill funds released.

My response:
Your still selling the item you sold me and said you were out of. Please refund my btc or send me a valid code.

His response:
"That thread is old i will delete it anyways i hope u can understand that im unable to refund you sens payivy is holding our funds so if you want to get the 100$ itunes code please use the link i gave you or wait until funds released."

My response:
I am not sending additional bitcoin untill I have the code.  You could easily send the code as I have already paid over 40% of the btc your asking and when i verify its good send me the same code automatticly when I pay.  Or use a valid escrow from BTC.

Here is my BTC address for a refund if neither of these is acceptable to you.

In short do not deal with this user or purchase from any of his alts.  Use escrow if you do DONOT Use PayIvy

Could at least check  btcanoc trust ratings and his previous thread where he was pointed out to be a scammer.

PayIvy might go the way of Liberty Reserve when the feds deign to take a look at all the stuff purchased with stolen credit/debit cards on there. Or maybe not, since PI is far more used by victimful criminals than LR was.

Saying that you don't trust someone because of their behavior is completely valid.
