[Solved] Show unread posts since last visit [Except Off-topic, Local...]

Most of us are in a signature campaign where Off-topic, Local posts are not counted and i was wondering if there is a tool or a trick how can i see new posts but excluding these two board.

When I read hidden feature I though this should be in this thread.

Something like that will be in the new software.

There's a hidden feature in the current forum that allows you to filter "unread posts since last visit" by board:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=unread;boards=6,37,4,1

Just figuring it out myself, the numbers are pointing to boards, for example Mining board is: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=14.0
Hence it would be https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=unread;boards=14 if you want to view Mining only boards etc.

Besides the explicit filter mexxer-2 mentions you can also just watch boards[1] you care about and use the watchlist instead.

This works but this shows new post in a topic that i already made a post, it works pretty same like new replies to your post but in this case by specific boards

Unread shows all posts, your watchlist shows whats on your watchlist. With the above page you can set it so that new posts from boards you are watching are added to your watchlist. If you no longer care about a topic you can click "unwatch" in the thread.

This one works but i should put every board and the child boards one by one but it still works thanks, i was thinking about a easy way to exclude only 2 big boards.

IMHO its better to change the title to [SOLVED] (or similar) and keep it open. Someone else might have additional question, if you close it they have to make a new topic.

Oh lol, wonder how I forgot about this simple solution. Go to https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=[UID];sa=ignoreBoards
And select off-topic, happy thread ignoring.
