Yes I believe for a lot of people that do not have access to traditional banking networks bitcoin is an excellent payment alternative, more importantly in countries were the currencies are unstable due to political risk bitcoin makes for an excellent store of value.

I would like to hear your opinions on Why should people use Bitcoin?

Some time ago I read the news on this site about Florida where it is possible to spend bitcoin. This is not a surprise at all. Many thing could be bought for bitcoins in different places around the world.

there are many reasons for that, and of the many advantages that bitcoin offers, what's interesting is that with bitcoin we do not have to trust a third party.
all the transactions we do online or electronically must use a third party, be it a bank or online payment parties like PayPal. but, using Bitcoin, we will deal directly with the merchant. It is not ideal to be used for day to day transactions, a storage of your wealth away from the banks and goverment. That was the idea in the first place. Payments are not really cheap, other alts are cheaper and quicker to use. With the lighting network it may become a lot more user friendly. Lets see how it plays out.
