The checkpoint here is just the tip of the iceberg, kees already pointed out a lot of other errors which are far more serious.

This coin is simply not what has been proposed in the OP.
And I'm pretty confident it's the same Dev from a lot of other blatant and dead clones ..

Max 3000 PoW blocks. And you know what happens when they are all mined and nobody is staking, right? No staking or mining equals the dead of your coin.

Lots of errors in the code:

1) Max coinbase / supply is not 5 million, but unlimited. There is no limited on the total amount of coins.
2) Block mature time is not 10 confirmations, but 20 confirmations
3) PoS max coin age is not unlimited
4) Difficulty calculation does not fit the Quark algoritm
5) DNS seed node is described as local ip address
6) How do you explain the 1000+ blocks that are already mined? Premine?

Please explain all

If not explained properly we have to cancel this ICO. See Yobit ICO rules:

If problems persist at the end of the 4 days trial period, YoBit will refund the investors using the ICO proceeds and consider the ICO failed and cancelled.
