Withdraws are paid out depending on your account's activity - if you just played 1 poker freeroll and nothing else, it'll take some more time for them to process your withdraw. I've been very active there and the withdraw gets processed within 1-2 hours, most of the time.

They haven't scammed anyone so far, just contact them and be polite.

I think he has been affected by gambling, win a lot and play again until until he is satisfied. But what happens he loses all his money. I guess if you already make a cash out there don't play in any games there because money that you play will joined with the money you have to spend or cash out.

There is nothing wrong about asking a support member when it will be processed. What really baffles me is that the support doesn't know anything about how their own systems work. I know the support is most likely outsourced to some third party provider but they should still at least understand what they are doing.

Not all their supports like what you said, I have experienced with some support agents and most of them knows how their system works. One of the best support agent is Andre, he helps me in all my problems means that he knows about the system very well.
