Hi, if I deposit dogecoins or litecoins i only can play on casino games? Or there is anything that i'm not doing correct? I wanted to play on slots with dogecoins but i didn't find how to do it.

We're going to have an on-site trading platform for this sort of thing. For now, though, only our proprietary games support Dogecoin.

So far my account get locked 3x, and all the reasons were multi accounts. In fact, I only use 1 account to play poker. Had a chat with ANDRE, and he advise me to use 1 source of internet connection only. Once you change your source of connection especially using a public free wifi, the system will detect you use multi accounts.

It's not about whether you use one account to play poker - if you have two or more accounts on the whole site you're not allowed to play. In fact when we find this happening we refund your deposits for all but one account and disable the others. If our system was too sensitive you would think we'd receive complaints from the other account holders, but we never do. Not even once, as far as I know!

why can't remember username and password in your site? Just improve your site and hire better programmers come on, very bad user experience here, i have to enter them every time, wasting time.

My username is in the field every time I login - I'm not sure how you're getting this issue. Do you have any special settings in your browser?

google chrome, other sites on my browsers are very normal, their accounts and username are remembered, but in your site it even doesn't remember the username, so i don't think it is my setting problem, could u check that? google chrome  47 m version, the newest version.

Requested a withdrawal of very small amount almost 24hours ago, but it is still in pending status. Any issues on withdrawal system? I had no issues on withdrawal before, so it is a bit strange for me.

This site uses a manual withdrawal system that needs to be approved by their own staff and since this is saturday , It could means that there isnt anyone that is working today or atleast no staff is aware that there is a withdrawal request coming.

Thats the downside of using manual withdrawal , if betcoin going to keep using that than atleast set a minimum withdrawal amount that needs to be manually approved and everything below that should go through instantly

imo maybe their hot wallet was empty when u withdrew 4mbtc so they had to refill their hot wallet to fulfill all the instant withdrawals in the future. and they were offline so you needed to wait for manual withdrawals.

Site is up again now, but my pending withdrawal is gone and back to my account balance. Seems that they were doing some updates or maintenance on the site.
I see there is something new on the poker lobby. New background..it is on black and white font now..
