Bump for the withdrawals. Been trying to withdraw a mere 0.085 btc to my address and it says there that it is being processed yet it's still on my account whenever I play a game. Yep, noticed it myself as it happened to me as well in the past. At first I thought I messed up the withdrawal request so went back to withdrawal page and saw my withdrawal request was correctly sent and status was pending.

Contacted online support to make them aware of this weird fact and they stated that this is the way they handle thses situation: they praticaly answered me that until withdrawal is not processed (so pending) I might still bet/play with that amount but doing it would pratically cancel my withdrawal request.  

Also told theirs is the only casino/pokerroom I played on (and believe me I played a plenty of them) who manage withdrawals in this way but that's the way they meant to deal with it.

So when I decide to withdraw I stop playing there until my BTC touch my wallet.

Aaaaaand there I was ending up playing the 0.0835 I requested for withdraw instead of it touching my wallet. No hesitations though, I find it easy to make my 0.005 to 0.1 very easy and quick in a game there. For betcointm, kindly fix the withdrawal system that you have in betcoin.tm. It seems a little bit off to some players in your site wanting their withdraws processed fast. Experienced the same issue a month ago with quite a big sum. I thought that the delays only happen on big cashouts but turns out that it also occurs even with the smallest withdrawals.

I think every withdrawal is processed manually, at least my withdrawals were never instant:shortest wait for me was 2/3 hours and longest around 24 hours.

Assuming they are manually processed as they strongly seem you risk to ask for your Btc when the person in charge is sleeping, on break or whatever.

I use to ask for w/d when online support is active and right after applying for w/d  I submit it to their attention and ask for an overview to check if everything its ok with my account and my w/d request and in case the anser is positive, as it has always been til now (we talk about six or seven withdrawals) I kindly to highlight it to the responsible person.

PS: just out of curiosity how did you turned 0.005 to 0.1? What games you played?

I agree they need to step up their game. None of this manual withdrawls bs that takes hours. Every other casino site I play on makes withdrawls instant as long as you have the confirmations. Recently I've had withdrawls on Bitcasino, Bitstarz, FJ all 3 of them don't fuck around when it comes to time to pay. Request withdrawl and within 1-2min tops you have your funds in wallet. I've had a few withdrawls on betcoin.tm from the free tourneys but every one has taken at least a few hours. I withdraw a similar amount about a week ago. It took maybe 12 hours (I'm not sure how long exactly) and didn't decrease my balance while it was pending. I guess you could still play and lose your coins while waiting, and then they would decline your withdrawal.

I believe your royal flush payout is off for Caribbean Stud.  It's listed as paying 50-1, the same as any straight flush.  It should be 100-1.

Also, it's worth noting that even if the payout were corrected, your auto-bet option would increase the house edge from 5.224% to 16.607%

Currently, the auto-bet simply raises 100% of hands, even when the player has a 0% chance of winning.

Perfect strategy would probably take an unnecessary amount of effort to program, but I think it would be reasonable and likely easy to program the feature to only raise if the player is dealt any pair or better, and fold everything else.  This strategy puts the house edge at 5.47%

I'm facing a similar problem with withdrawals.  I've just decided to wait and not play or deposit anymore until the Betcoin.tm pays out.  I talked to chat support, and they claimed the withdrawal queue is very long.  I also was told that the admin was not reachable.  Apparently, there is only one admin that approves withdrawals.  Been over 24 hours now since the payout was requested... and no responses yet from Admin.

How much was your requested amount? A week or so ago, I tried requesting a 0.08 and 0.02 withdrawals respectively. I've waited over 3 hours for someone on the live chat to talk to me and it happened. As I expected, they will tell me that I haven't requested anything so I sent a screenshot. After that, the support seemed to be a little dodgy about the matter, telling me that he has no power or whatsoever to process it manually, and only the admin (IIRC, they have 3 admins, as per our conversation a month ago) that could manually process the withdrawals.

Guys, many people are already complaining about the stuff. If you don't want to lose customers, please consider having automated withdrawals.

As an update to my withdrawals issue message, I got an email 2 days ago stating the withdrawals issue would be resolved yesterday.  I spoke to chat today and discovered that I could expect an additional delay of 2-7 days.  Chat did give me one of the admins direct email addresses so I've attempted to contact him for clarification about the delayed withdrawals.  A response from admin is pending.

For some reason during today's chat 20% of my pending withdrawal amount was returned to my available funds.  Support politely ended the chat and referred me to an admin, when questioned about why this occurred. 

I'm wondering if Betcoin.tm is hoping I play with this 20% so they have to pay out less?  I've already informed them I have no intent of doing so.

When I tried to withdraw the 20% again, I received an odd message simply stating "Withdrawal Error"

Really disappointing, since whenever I login, chat always offers me a deposit bonus.  LOL.
