What do you mean? It's not illegal to use google adsense.

They also offer direct advertising apart from adsense.

I have google adsense on my faucet and they know it. When i applied i directly put where i was gonna need the advertisements. Maybe they changed their ToS since you last checked

There are few faucets that even use not just one but two google adsense accounts on their popular faucets, meaning more than 4 ads just from google adsense in a single faucet (special condition case) so it's not against their TOS AFAIK and you shouldn't be having any trouble in case you would implement the same (only 1 adsense account though unless popular).

I've never heard of that... Why would they do that? Many of my friends use adsense on their faucets.

Could you link the part on the terms and conditions where it says that it is prohibited? I don't think there is anything stopping you from applying AdSense to your faucet. Of course they want good quality sites, so faucet made with free host which has been online for week probably won't get accepted no matter what.

i dont know if it is against there TOS for sure, but on here https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!topic/adsense/fOGuKAzXB_M people say itll get your account banned.

Since it has login sigup pages, terms of service, privacy etc these pages are very important when applying to google adsense.

as per my knowledge freebitco.in is very genuine faucets which gives the correct profit if you play sensibly, and adsense is the advertising company which even gives permission to porn sites , sex stories, sex photos, etc so many sites they give support. then i think freebitco is using is not incorrect.

Adsense need some content and description about the service and freebitco.in have them. And also you may noticed they have added new design which ask full detail of you when you register. I think this are the changes they have made to use adsense.

Google not only content but they also look for the traffic quality but some how they are allowing this site. If you receive a direct traffic to your site should be fine but if you receive lot of traffic from referral and on the landing page if you have adsense advertisement than they will ban your site but if you don't have a advertisements on landing page than most likely they won't ban you and also you should fallow correctly adsense TOS for placing ads. Do you put your claim button very close the advertisements.

exactly. that's why it's rather strange that they're allowed to use adsense... I've seen websites rejected for less

Because they pay a lot less than adsense and some of them have restrictions to users views ,like if a users first sees someone else add and then he cannot see another add or it wont be counted.

You are probably mixed up. Nobody would open a faucet site if it wasn't for google adsense. Currently, if you want your faucet to be at least sustainable you'll need to integrate adsense.
