It's been three days since i sent you the transaction details, both here on the forum and also trough the "contact us" section of your website. I'm still looking forward to hearing from you, and though i can't be sure your website is a scam i can certainly say that you should work on your customer support system. I know 0.01BTC is not a large sum, but this lack of communication between your enterprise and your customers surely does not help the credibility and popularity of your site.
