Maybe it depends on how often you use the Personal Computer.

Avast is great for some viruses.
Kasperky is great for blocking harmful viruses coming from games.
ESET is a good all-around antivirus.
Webroot is good for blocking websites.

There are also antiviruses for Flashdrives. SMADAV and USB FIX is useful against this viruses.

For now im only using Malwarebytes and some times Windows Defender.

Microsoft also has its own virus program, it's not enough. Avast and nod are good ones for this.

I'd say that the top three are Norton, Kaspersky and McAffe, however, please keep in mind that there are viruses that cannot be cured by current versions of antivirus as they are brand new and nobody yet knows how to protect PCs against suc a virus

It seems to me that all modern antiviruses well justify their names. The firewall works very hard on me, because every antivirus has this add-on to the program and the same Windows has its own Firewall, which subsequently competes with the duplicate.

Bitdefender has a fine technical reputation, too. The 2018 version delivers the usual top drawer protection in a simple, no-fuss style, and carries plenty of genuinely useful features. It should be near the top of any family antivirus shopping list.
