Lets say you won the lottery..
You've just received a million dollars and are ready to do something with your new found money.
You have no CC debt to pay off and have an average mortgage for a working class citizen - maybe you have around $150,000 left to pay off for your house.
You're free to spend as you wish. And invest if you wish.
Would you buy a heap load of bitcoin to sit on?
If so.. how much?
I will not buy bitcoin too much, if I won the lottery, I would only buy 10 to 20 bitcoin, and the rest will I contribute to several orphanages, life will be more meaningful if we could share with those in need. that what i think, and what i will do when got lottery. Fuck that. You gotta look after you. Take that money and buy 10 sportscars man. Don't give it away to needy kids. What's wrong with you?

I may follow you but only after establishing myself. With one million dollar worth of bitcoin, I can multiply it into 10 million or even 100 million in up coming years. From the 50% of it, I will start a business from the profit I will donate on monthly basis, yes regularly.

Probably none because I will already have one million dollars That's logical. If you're here to make money on crypto and you win a million then you have what you came for, why hang around. lol

From that, doing donations must be a wise idea and must be appreciated. But people forget their intentions once they become more established in terms of financial capabilities.

Bitcoin must be the good returning investment opportunity for modern generations. Instead of buying gold or investing into real estates, bitcoin must be a better option to invest big money like one million dollars.

I am an investment person, however if I won one million dollars, I would only invest about 50,000 or so into BTC. I would invest the rest into buildings and business purchases. BTC is promising but the profit that can be made is to minimal when it comes to comparing it to property investment or such.

Honestly speaking I wouldn't spend more than 20% of $150,000 on bitcoin.Given the volatile nature of bitcoin,I would prefer to diversify my investment.

If I won a million dollars than I will just buy so much bitcoins when it is 200 dollars again. When it goes high to 5K than I will just sell it all.

House prices are rising like crazy these days It is always good to diversify your portfolio, but be careful with investment in property. Yes, property in the right area can be a good investment, but there are many hidden cost involved with property. In my country we have to pay land tax and capital gains taxes, when we sell property... that will eat some of the profits. You also have to pay the utility bill and keep the property secured. Apartments come with levies and rent income increase your annual tax liabilities.

Good idea but I think it will take only one or two years for the value of Bitcoin to be doubled, but you need to do a proper market research before investing anywhere.

I would buy Bitcoins of 700,000 $ and will hold them at least till the end of this year at least. With remaining money I have to do other things. This is one time chance in ages to make or finish.Bitcoin is very undervalued and make my way to be one of the top elite after the rise of price.
