N - usually is used when user didn't complete the requirements for payout. Probably related to retweets

yes, your cash out is under processing, as all cash out are now being process automatically by the system sometimes time interval may occurs .

I clearly see that there are certain problems with withdrawal proces from some accounts. i think that is here no intention to deceive anyone. If you meet all the requirements, no reason do not get your earnings.
