I thought about your unitus theory of buying dead coins and yeah it kinda makes sense . The potential rewards could be huge for a small investment. Did you look at krpton and also dlisk. Coins could be dead in a month or could rise very quickly due to tiny market cap. Dlisk has a marketcap of $30000  .5 btc investment and you control more than 1% of the coinsupply  it's crazy enough to be worth a punt
