Just tried downloading : Bitcointalk Trust file
It downloads a 32 byte file which has a txt file with no 0 byte size. Is it just me?

No, mine is 0 byte as well. Older files are ~241-253kbyte.

Good to hear, its not me losing my mind. Older files(for last 2 weeks) aren't available as well, which according to theymos should be: https://bitcointalk.org/trustYEARMMDD.txt.xz  :
