(Just taking the same numbers i gave you for the prior 100BTC you asked per month, and i divided them by 5)

A bit over 1 Petha hash. 0.3~0.5 millions USD just for the hashrate, probably another 0.1 millions in infrastructure. You'd probably need employee or sub contracts to help you set it up and maintain it.

You're talking about something like 220 S7's or 280 Avalon 6. You could also go with 600 S5, it would probably be cheaper.

Not much difference at this scale, its just size. Still a lot of work.

You would need 213 of them and it would cost 277000 USD, you would also need PSU for all of them. Its much smaller than the first figures we discussed but i still think this would be pretty much in the viscinity of datacenter scale.

The avalon 6 is a solid unit but its too expensive and i think it would be better suited for someone that want a quieter unit at home.

OP the fact is you will never get this 20 btc per month.  Even if you did with difficulty it changes so it will get lower and lower.

But I don't think OP realizes cost and amount of gear to get this.  OP what is your budget?

If you want 20Btc income you will need more than 100Th/s""".. lets say 130Th/s""" will pay your bills and you will have 100Th/s""" income so these days that makes about 20Btc""" monthly
But 130Th/s of mining hardware is about 30""" s7(lets say4.5Th/s) and that would make about 45.000USD""" and these are just little calculatings for now...

But that is just a guesstimate..
