No chance whatsoever, banned possibly, disappear? No.
there is no real ban for bitcoin, what they call ban is actully restriction on the adoption, they will hinder the usage nothing more so it will be harder to exchange it for fiat, but besides this there is nothing else they can do

when the price of bitcoin it falls down it may be worth 1 BTC = 1 candy, and many people will leave, and bitcoin disappeared, but it seems it is not possible
Bitcoin value was low when it started yet people used it, remember the guy who bought a pizza with 10k bitcoins? Price has nothing to do with it, of course if it's worth 0$ it's going to die but dumps and pumps have no effect whatsoever in bitcoin's future.

As per my concept, I don't think that Bitcoins will disappear or become unused because where ever I see my friends are loving and using Bitcoins only. So the future is bright and with full colour in every ways.

Probably not in the near future, if it will disappear that means an alt coin took its place as the top crypto currency and that is quite a far off at the moment.

Gov can ban the local adoption! But ppl there can still hold bitcoin in their wallets. It is decemtralized network. No one can stop it. Otherwise its network faces suvere issues, like different hardforks, fatal code bug etc

YES, it will disappear in 1-2 months after the big miners will switch to an ALTcoin called Bitcoin classic Could you let me know what and how are you basing this on? I mean how would you so surely say that people would switch to Bitcoin Classic? Bitcoin has grown too large to die that easily to any alt coin.

I saw in internet the site of this variant. There are Gavin and Jeff Garzik in. The most known core developers of bitcoin. I am not a specialist in this kind of things but I really cannot understand the why of all this war about the amount of increase of size of blocks. What is so different in having 2 mb or 6 mb or 8 mb increase? Maybe are interests in the middle (and for sure that would be) but being 2 or 4 seems the same thing for me. Where is the profit or the loss within the difference between those two amounts. Can anyone who have more knowledge explain this with simple words in order that someone like me who is not an expert to understand?

i dont think it will ever happen, the only possibility why it might possibly happen if countries would ban it and not allow anyone to use it at all then maybe the price would drop significantly

You have too many countries and concerted action by all countries together is just not possible. Bitcoin's popularity might actually increase if it is banned by a few countries.

Maybe it will not occur in nowadays, many people who interesting with bitcoin and always increasingly each years. The cheapest price of bitcoin that ever i know is 1$ and candy can buy only some cent Yes it will not happen that bitcoin become useless/worthless and people leave it. Nowadays it is becoming more interesting currency all around the world, more and more people are adopting it with each passing day. A large number of people is now doing their business with it, it will not fail.

I don't think bitcoins have a good future. Not much people use them and there is no real use for these people. The problem is that the people that doesn't use it is the majority of the planet. And you, what do you think about this? Will bitcoins have a glorious future or a realy bad one?
Bitcoin's future? I'm not sure HUMANITY has a future with bitcoin's current POW algorithm because its insatiable thirst for power will eventually destroy the entire 'planet'. It's a natural resource apocalyptic nightmare, an electrical antichrist leaching off the energy grid, sucking off the precious resources of flat earth. Once the people figure out the evils of POW, they will rise up and revolt in mass. https://twitter.com/Dymaxion/status/691398290714132480How many people realize and comprehend the juice spilling lottery game played by money hungry mining mongrels? What percentage of the community understands that the entire bitcoin network could safely operate off of 7 or 8 low-powered Ecoservers strategically placed around the 'globe'. Let's all get together and save our planet, let's pay the single greatest mind in crypto to rescue mankind from the beast of Satoshi. ~~ Somebody please call Peter Todd now and beg him to fix this enormous problem!

I also have a great uncertainty about the future of bitcoin, and it is exciting for me to follow closely this ecosystem because I am convinced that the future of economy could be configured in these discussions, although in my opinion it does not necessarily mean that the bitcoin will be the ruler in this new economy.
