Do you think bitcoins will disapear or become unused?

I think that bitcoin will be replaced by something based on bitcoin but works better. I think the main drawback for bitcoin is the transaction time inconsistency, this is one reason why shops won't accept bitcoin, they can't wait hours for a transaction to confirm.

Agreed confirmation time is an major issue at a moment, but may be in future it will be improved and it will be done much faster I am sure the core development team will work on it.

I think they are addressing  this issue for year now.  Anyway if bitcoin failed to become fluid (adopting what is needed by the current situation)  then there is a possibility that bitcoin will be unused replaced by far more advance digital currency that meets everyday life's need.

no i am hopeful that bitcoin is not going to disappeared or become unused, you can see that people are investing in bitcoin and that is the proof that bitcoin will remain for ever and is improving day by day,

Anything could happen with bitcoin. For this reason I believe  at times situations change as well due to the advancement in technology other currencies too will compete hard to overcome bitcoin as well other long lasting digital currencies.

I don't Think Bitcoin Can be Disappear But Also it is Possible that it can be Disappear If a New Crypto Currency Invented and If the Currency Gains a Demand Higher Than Bitcoins Then Bitcoin will Disappear or the Price of Bitcoin will Fall to The Bottom.....

The bitcoin is the first major crypto currency, there are many developments based on it, it will not disappear.

of course it will not disappear, it is just impossible right now when there are so much people interested in it right now, i hope it will only grow

Yup bitcoin is still in is primary stage and we should give some more time it to grow and the gain the best position in future and bitcoin here is to survive for long time.

It's a little too early to be thinking about these kinds of things, really. Bitcoin has only just begun. Maybe ask again after a few decades. But seeing the potential and advantages of bitcoin, I believe even after decades also people will feel same like asking this question after a century might be appropriate.

   I have that fear in some moments, that stops me to invest my money into bitcoins. I have fear if everything just disappear one day, all of a sudden and without any warning. For me its like 50/50 chances for that to happen, I`m asking my self all the time how much can bitcoin last? How much can we earn with bitcoins?
   I`m full with doubts in some moments, I`m gathering coins, trying many things to earn small amounts of bitcoins , but deep in myself I`m still not sure how much all this is real.

This will never happen if all people will adopt bitcoin and of course all stores also, and now bitcoin is continuous increasing its value the possibility to disappear is very little rather it would be more famous in the near future.

I agree that the confirmation time is quite annoying but I think bitcoin is still new and still in enhancing phase so it might have some small disadvantages and maybe dev are working on it now so don’t need to worry.
Secondly, why do we have to use another cryptocurrencies which is better and start all over again with it while we can improve bitcoin itself. That would make a lot more sense to me.

Its getting more popular for sure but anything is possible in crypto world there is no commitment from bitcoin that it will survive forever, and its future will depend on its price.

Unlike banks, Bitcoins are unregulated. If an owner dies without passing on their password (called a private key), their Bitcoins expire with them. They’ll remain in the ether, visible but unspendable. Nobody to help.

It can happen because we can't predict the future. There might be a new cryptocurrency that will be created that can surpass bitcoin and then people will transfer or focus on that cryptocurrency instead of bitcoin. One case also is that once a bitcoin owner dies and he didn't pass his private keys to someone then the bitcoin in it will be unused and the number of bitcoin in circulation will be lesser.

I don't think bitcoins have a good futur. Not much people use them and there is no real use for these people. The problem is that the people that doesn't use it is the majority of the planet. And you, what do you think about this? Will bitcoins have a glorious future or a realy bad one?

Well people will in-time realize how useless and valueless bitcoin really is. Either that or since there is only a limited amount of bitcoin the value will rise like nothing on Earth. I personally like the second hypothesis more.

It is indeed quite correctly that would be missing is bitcoin users who already feel bored or assume that bitcoin is no longer profitable. Simple reason and fact: there are more than 1M btc dsily trading volume including Chinese major exchanges, therefore the supply is there, won't be unused or disappear.

No, it will be used forever. It is name may change in the future but the idea will live on. That's because just the idea of transporting money overseas for free and storing/hiding huge amounts for free are enough reasons for bitcoin to live on.

Technology will continue to evolve in the future, so that payment may be more use of electronic payment systems, And bitcoin is possible used for future by many people as a payment transaction.

Althought just little but the chance is always there, and that is no needs all of the person and store is adopt bitcoin but just a large percentage is more than enough for the future of bitcoin

I highly doubt that bitcoins would disappear altogether, but I believe that the price may go down in the following years if the number of people using Bitcoin stays the same. Like you mentioned, I believe that more people need to know about this wonderful technology.

However, I don't believe that Bitcoin would disappear altogether. It is the first cryptocurrency and runs on a decentralised system. In theory, this means that Bitcoin can't die off into nothing. (If I am wrong please do correct me).
