I think it is probably empty account with no games. But this account is very old and was created probably 7-8+ years ago. Some people are fond of old account like these. |

I also have a steam account with CS GO that is a 5 digit. I wasn't planning on selling, but I might consider it if the offer was right. I used to be a pro gamer at the very start of CS. I played for the best team in the country. Let me know.

I don't think a 5 digit is worth $500, not even close.
Other than the steam ID what other value does the account have that would make it worth $450+ more than what the average 5 digit account goes for?
