Seems like everybody is not expecting the difficulty to go into the +20% this period.
I think a 10% is more like it. Bitfury put a 40 mega watt plant on line last jump which was 1/2 of that 18% jump |

I think the 92G difficulty is scarring everyone and so we're seeing things slow down a bit. I know it scares me when I look at it in my mining software...

My feeling is this is the last big push before the halving, they will ROI this new gear just in time, but we won't see hundreds of PH added in the next jumps. Remember when diff adjusted down earlier this summer? Man, those were the days... |
