It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

Since PayPal is reversible for at least 161 days, you're between a rock and a hard place, and their terms of service.

Saying that you don't trust someone because of their behavior is completely valid.

ACH withdrawals (what PayPal does) are extremely reversible.

If you had a PayPal debit card, you could mail it and the PIN to someone in the U.S. who paid you BTC (or escrowed to make sure they got a usable card), who could use it to withdraw the balance, or pay for stuff, if it's not an even enough amount for ATMs to spit out.

Pretty sure PayPal does NOT do wire transfer, as it's way more expensive than ACH (wire around $25, ACH around $0). Have a screenshot of them specifying wire?
