Hi everyone 
I have decided to start offering loans to borrowers on this forum.
I AM OFFERING 3 TYPES OF LOANS:
1) LOANS WITH COLLATERAL - These loans are for general borrowers that can provide valid collateral from my loan terms and conditions below.
2) LOANS WITHOUT COLLATERAL - These loans are for highly trusted borrowers that have high status such as Hero/Legendary status as well as many positive default trust feedback.
3) ZERO INTEREST LOAN - These loans are for highly trusted borrowers with EXCEPTIONAL TRUST AND HIGH STATUS ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS.
I am looking to lend to borrowers that are reliable and trustworthy. My loan terms and conditions in the post below are generally fixed unless you can give me an exceptional reason why i should lend to you with valid reasons.
PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO THE FLUCTUATIONS IN BITCOIN PRICE I WILL LEND THE EQUIVALENT IN POUNDS EQUIVALENT TO YOUR BITCOIN FIGURE AT THE TIME OF TRANSFER. I WILL USE http://preev.com/btc/gbp TO DECIDE EXCHANGE RATE AND YOU WILL PAY THE EQUIVALENT AMOUNT IN POUNDS ON THE REPAYMENT DAY IN BTC FIGURE. E.G. YOU BORROW 1 BTC TODAY WHICH IS £300 GBP, ON REPAYMENT DAY YOU PAY £330 GBP @ 10% AGREED INTEREST. IT WILL BE CONVERTED TO BITCOIN AMOUNT TO REPAY. HOPE THIS IS CLEAR.
This thread will have my loan offer details, loan terms and conditions as well as my loan ledger record.
My loan offer is below and i will accept requests ONLY IN THIS THREAD, NO PM from reputable borrowers:
* Loan term = between 0 - 30 days (negotiable depending on borrower reputation)
* Loan amount = variable (negotiable depending on borrower reputation)
* Loan interest rate = between 0% TO 5% DAILY (negotiable depending on borrower reputation)
* Loan TX & Escrow fees = MUST be paid by borrower. BTC TX fees of 0.0005 will be added to all repayments. I highly recommend that we use a trusted escrow BUT I can take direct control of collateral without escrow for a much faster turnaround with no fees.

COLLATERAL AND ESCROW
COLLATERAL
At this time the only types of collateral i will accept is
1) Altcoins
2) Bitcointalk accounts
Altcoins must be a minimum 120-150 % of the current bitcoin value. Altcoins must be stable and be well traded and have good volume. Examples are Litecoin and Dogecoin. Please see http://coinmarketcap.com/ for high volume and stable cryptocurrencies.
Bitcointalk accounts must be easy to resell and MUST be signed from a staked address on this forum and staked more thank 3 months ago to prevent fraud especially from hacked accounts. You bitcointalk account MUST be Full member or above in status
It also MUST be neutral or positive in TRUST and your account will be checked at http://www.bitcoinrates.in/bitcointalk/getactivity.php to check if it is valuable and valid as collateral.
ESCROW
All loans MUST go through escrow for your safety and mine. All escrow fees must be paid by the borrower and the bitcoin network TX fees for the loan will be added to your repayment. Trusted escrow members are users such as Monbux, Blazed etc and others from this list or who i decide are reliable https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=855778.0. Sometimes escrows are offline or can not provide a quick service, in this case if you want a quick turnaround i can take direct control of the account with no fees. Please make another bitcointalk temporary account so that we can stay in touch about the loan. I HAVE NO INTENTION OF SCAMMING ANYONE AND AM TRUSTED TO TAKE DIRECT CONTROL OF YOUR COLLATERAL.
If you need an extension or are having trouble paying on time please PM or post from your temporary account here at least 24 hours before the repayment date end time. If you do not and you are late, a daily interest rate of 10% interest per day will be charged as a fee. If you do not contact me within 3 days of your repayment time ending, then i have the right to sell you account collateral.
If you give your bitcointalk account as collateral this will be transferred to the escrow where they will change the email and password only of this account to secure, it will ONLY THEN be transferred to me 3 DAYS AFTER the repayment time if you are late. Sometimes escrows are offline or can not provide a quick service, in this case if you want a quick turnaround i can take direct control of the account with no fees.
