have been. everyone's gone insane though locally trying to either sell broken hardware as working or wanting close to original list price for their barley working outdated miners :/
I live close to Ottawa, if you come by here and of course if you are interested in what i have, then i have 2x S4 for sale, 3~ AsicMiner Tube and some PSU's.
bit to far of a drive for me sadly :/ last time i went to Ottawa it was a 6 or 8 hour car drive (i forget which) which was boring as hell. that being said if for whatever reason your coming around where i live then id offer you 470cad for 1 s4 assuming it worked at 2th.
I will keep that in mind, however at the current time, 470CAD does not meet the price, as i will probably make around that in 80 days of mining with it. You can however get that price per GH/s with some S3's, however they do not have a PSU built in, so that arguably extra.
fair enough. if you have 0 power costs like i temporarily have then it makes more sense for you to hold onto them.im more looking for people with miners where they cant make money off of them anymore due to them not being power efficient. (the mining calculator im using says it would take 105 days for you to produce that much with no power costs assuming 9% difficulty increments)
I assume a bit less loss per increment, because i assume the price will rise to some extent if the assumed diff go up as planned. A lot of assumptions.
Anyhow, right now its profitable to run S1's (140GH/s@160W) so i think you may have to look into deals with people from the high electricity rate area in the US, or maybe in Canada, but not in Québec. Here its 0.06$/kWh(Actually a bit less since CAD went down again) at worse. Free at best.
