Question for those using this application,I see one payment is done, so I wonder how much you have walked and how much you earn?

For this month:
Converted Steps: 86,000
Bitcoin Earned: 0.004 BTC

For last month:
Converted Steps: 100,000
Bitcoin Earned: 0.028 BTC

The BTC per step have been cut down a lot as you can see.

Question for those using this application,I see one payment is done, so I wonder how much you have walked and how much you earn?

The earnings are based on number of steps you walk compared to number of steps everyone else walks. So In jan if people walk more steps than dec then your earnings will be less for same number of steps .

In Jan we already seeing about 35 million steps walked by all, much more than in Dec when app was launched

For this month:
Converted Steps: 86,000
Bitcoin Earned: 0.004 BTC

For last month:
Converted Steps: 100,000
Bitcoin Earned: 0.028 BTC

The BTC per step have been cut down a lot as you can see.

Just saw this thread this seem to be a promising app for the bitcoin industry. Reminds me of the altcoin Mangocoinz which allowed you to mine their coins o a mobile while running. Smiley Anyway, is there by chance there will be an app released for android users? There are more android users that I know and this will surely catch teir attention.

Thank you for your reply Smiley
I see that earnings depend on the number of steps of each user and the total number of steps of all users. If my memory serves me it was a total of 2 BTC which is shared between users. With the increasing number of users I hope that the total monthly amount will be increased. But the impact on health is a big plus with this application Smiley

I hope the Chinese people will not walk 24 hours a day Wink

@Lucius What do you mean by Chinese people walking 24 hours?  Yes, walking with this could make some money but it's probably for fun, not for earning money, we don't do that much work for few satoshi.

It was a joke, I hope that the Chinese are not offended.I know that they are very diligent and devoted to work and that they like BTC,so I hope that some of them will not walk 24 hours without stopping to make some money Smiley

I agree with you, this could be a great thing for the promotion of Bitcoin and healthy life!

Some are Definitely cheating the system with thousand steps made in a day, you should clear these out.

Im not sure they're cheating, I used to do a bit of labouring and would average around 10k a day just at work.
Also 10,000 is my wifes daily target with her fitbit.

Yeah, people walk around 10k steps a day. Accroding to the system data, steps for everyone today reaches 300 millions today that means it need 30k people to do it. Definitely impossible.
