but last month i am lost around 0.1 btc on raffle ticket without a win though

The chance of winning in raffle ticket is much much lower than winning in gambling. If you can gamble that much, I suggest that you try sports betting instead. You can get infos about the teams, and people are posting which side are they on. You can find threads like that in this forum and in reddit.

You must be a small bettors, if that so then that would not affect your life, if you lost but you do it fun the sake of entertainment you never count your losses then. Only professional gamblers keep track of their gambling stats of win/loss and profit/loss percentage.

Maybe you should stop betting and start to earn again with the amount you lost. Well, earning have a very low risk than gambling. Think that you need tp save money for future use.
