2nd captcha for faucets ?

Hello,

as we all know bots are eating faucet owners money and capctha is not stooping all bots ( specially solve media never use solve media there are many bots which are easily passing solve media )

and also other captcha can be solved with a service like CaptchaTronix, DeathByCaptcha etc with api ( real humans solve captcha for money there are many services for this )

anyways

so 2nd captcha is very important my faucet was using 0.03 BTC daily since i added this 2nd captcha : http://bit.makejar.com/labs/anti-bot-links-200/install.php  faucet is using 0.015 BTC so half of the money was being eaten by Bots

this anti bot captcha is doing its job but the problem is users are not liking this anti bot captcha i have lose some users because of this anti bot captcha or maybe everyone is not getting it how to solve this ? its very simple thou

i was looking for a better yet easy 2nd captcha and i saw http://razercrypt.com/btc  is using very easy 2nd captcha just "click here if you are not a bot" and it reveals the reward button

can anyone make like this ? it will be great

I assure you that doesn`t mean half of the satoshi amount was being eaten by bots. You have probably lost half of your users because people don`t wanna use a faucet with two captchas. I personally would never enter again, would consider it as a waste of time. Unless the faucet is paying very high amount per claim.

I assure you that doesn`t mean half of the satoshi amount was being eaten by bots. You have probably lost half of your users because people don`t wanna use a faucet with two captchas. I personally would never enter again, would consider it as a waste of time. Unless the faucet is paying very high amount per claim.

i know my status how many users i was getting before and how many i am getting now

and i can check all the bots which were using Linux and eating the money by logs i have setup so

i hardly lose 5% users and saved 50% so there is a huge difference ( i even dont wanna lose that 5% )

i will never leave my faucet without 2nd captcha without caring who gonna leave my faucet for this because its better then losing money

i think i get you
reason is simple there some anti bot places that users dont see (i saw it several faucet and was really hard to see them)
if the word is then is easy to find and click on it when is sign like "+" or "-" like on some that i have seen then its really messy
i had to highlight whole page to find where there are and that may be real problem in this

i see google recaptcha have add a new captcha, now you get resolve a pictures and click only to gift box

i think add a second captcha is a good idea only if you have a high rewards, for under 800/1000 satoshi for claim, not have sens solved 2 captcha for me

Second captcha not a good idea in anyway you'll kill your faucet but that'll die slowly.

Can i see your site before i proceed to suggest what is good to your site.
2nd captcha is a good one if your site has paying high it will decrease your visitors if your rewards are high...
Look at some old faucet that paying high rewards.
Some high paying faucets has no anti bot but in the end banckrupt because there is no anti bot..

My main concern for an antibot like the one in the OP is non english speaking users not understanding what to do, hence lowering faucet views.

I hate bots because day by day every faucet is harder than before. I do not use any bot and I can not claim enough satoshi what I want because of these stupid things.

You don't have to be a genius to trasnlate a few words(please wait, loading, click this, click that, anti bot link aren't really complicated words)...if you're really new to this world.

If you're already a faucet user then:
1)you already should know some english since 90% of faucets are in english;
2)faucets have similar ways of working so also if you don't get to do just search for something to click or things like that.

About the op question, i don't know if the script that you're looking for is really good for bots because it can be easily bypassed with a firefox addon.
The best thing imo is making a faucet that require an account with a mail......also if it requires a bit more knowledges for the set up probably.

second captcha is not good for faucets because 1 captcha is sometimes hard to write so 2 will make users run away from claiming faucets and also that anti-bot is gonna destroy the faucets because when they started appearing i stoped usings faucets

Yeh my self don't like anti bot but you know bot need only a chance  to drain faucet owner's balance.

yesterday I rejected a faucet submitted on my faucet list and user sent me email please review my faucet I already mentioned his faults in his 1st attempt .He was using 8 anti bot links not visible properly on faucet page and also his anti bot links were so near to AdSense ads + even after solving anti bot there is no properly visible claim button + his balance always remain less than 100k satoshi .

now tell me who likes this kind of faucet ?

I'm aware that it happens if I claim too often on faucet which use its service, but how could I claim not-so-often? Its faucet, its supposed to be visited as frequent as the player pleased.. Any solution for such case?

Yes, I've been solving carefully, I also notice that the problem that shows upon "multiple solution needed" is always started by "street name" which show 4 correct picture from 9 that's shown, and after I clicked all 4, they asked me to do another, and the problem started

The situation you're describing gets triggered when you've done too many captchas in a specific amount of time. Which is bullshit on their part, they should only do that if you get too many wrong.  They essentially punish you for something they should be rewarding you with.  Anyways, Recaptcha requires you to solve more than just 1 puzzle basically so it makes you complete another before moving on. You can either wait awhile and it will deescalate back in normal solving mode or you can logout of your google account and log into another and it reset pretty much.

Does closing my browser helps? I tried to close my browser (which should end my session, i guess) for a few minutes, around 5 to 10 mins. Problem is, it sometimes didn't work, after I open a new browser session, recaptcha still ask me for more

Closing your browser doesn't matter.  The time you would have to wait is more in the hours range rather than minutes.  The easiest thing to probably do is just have a few spare google accounts on hand.  When one triggers the multiple puzzles are necessary to solve scenario, then you log out and log into another; rinse and repeat.

I presume , that not total number of captchas matters by itself, but time user spend solving them. (FunCaptcha, for example, explicitly shows that time   and it's significantly faster then others captchas service providers, for my impression) Anyway, I don't posses real data concerning real users behaviour. So it's up to faucet owner to collect those data.
