(NEW) Advertising for any casino may get you removed. Decision made on a case by case basis.

i assume that twitter account with highest twitter activity will stay in campaign, regardless of the other casino campaign

What problem you are having to use google shorten link? it is very easy to use if previous link not working than create fresh link you can create unlimited links there without any restriction.
