Same thing happened to me few days ago, i just contacted support and they said my account is locked due to security issues but they fixed it in few minutes and procceses my withdraw. Maybe you should try too

ok i contacted them but i have used live chat, posted here, i PMed betcoin.tm yesterday.  They should know of my issue by now.



edit: hold on i think i might have sorted it, i needed to verify email, im now into pending with balance, will report back any problems from here

I still wonder which funds you are talking about, are you getting a fee for managing the campaign , because according to your posts you seem to convey that you have joined their signature campaign and hence have withdrawn the advance bonus you receive when you join, whist having joined the bitvest campaign.

I'm sorry but I'm not english so my english is not fluently and not perfect.

Anyway, I have joined this campaign since its start. I'm waiting for payment from izanagi, then i will leave that campaign and join in this. I've already spoken with betcoin.tm and everything is ok, relax man.
